1. Agreement to Terms

2. Loan Products & Eligibility

Horizon Finance offers Gold Loans, Bank Gold Re-Finance, Car Re-Finance, Top-Up Loans, and Personal Loans subject to customer eligibility, identity verification, and asset appraisal:

• Applicant Age: Applicants must be Indian citizens aged 18 years or above with valid government-issued photo identity proof (Aadhaar / PAN card).
• Gold Ownership: Applicants for Gold Loans must be the lawful owners of the pledged gold ornaments.
• Loan-to-Value (LTV): Gold loan disbursals are capped up to 75% of the appraised net gold market value in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines.

3. Gold Appraisal & Custody

Pledged gold ornaments undergo professional purity testing and net weight appraisal. Upon approval and disbursement:

• Pledged gold is sealed in tamper-proof packaging in the presence of the customer.
• Assets are deposited in high-security bank vaults with 24/7 electronic surveillance and comprehensive insurance coverage.
• Customers receive a formal loan receipt specifying ornament description, gross/net weight, interest rate, and tenure.

4. Interest Rates, Repayment & Foreclosure

• Interest rates start from 1% per month (12% per annum) depending on loan product, tenure, and gold purity.
• Borrowers may choose monthly, quarterly, or tenure-end interest payment options.
• Prepayment & Early Release: Borrowers may foreclose or prepay their loan at any time during working hours without penalty and receive instant release of pledged assets.
